Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator for a swimming pool company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and preparation of quotations for swimming pool projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for swimming pool projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
- Analyze project costs and ensure competitive pricing.
- Support the sales and project teams during bidding and execution stages.
- Maintain estimation records and pricing databases.

1. Must: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Estimator in the swimming pool industry
2. Must: Good understanding of swimming pool construction materials, equipment, systems, and processes
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
4. Strong numerical and analytical skills
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation-related documentation
6. Bonus: AutoCAD knowledge
7. Good communication and coordination skills
8. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously
9. Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
