Position: Sales Manager – Projects
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Regional Sales Head / Business Head
Role Overview: The Sales Manager – Projects will be responsible for driving project sales by developing strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders across the UAE. The role focuses on specification selling, project conversion, brand promotion, BOQ approvals, customer engagement, and revenue generation across the company's product portfolio.
The incumbent will act as the company's brand ambassador within the construction and real estate industry while ensuring superior customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the company as the preferred brand for builders and developers within the assigned territory.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers.
• Drive specification selling to secure inclusion of company products in project BOQs and mock-ups.
• Conduct presentations on the company, products, USPs, competitive advantages, and customer support.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable product solutions within project budgets.
• Prepare and secure BOQ approvals and mock-up installations during the early stages of projects.
• Promote new product launches and secure their inclusion in upcoming developments.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through project conversions.
• Increase penetration of premium and excluded product verticals.
• Ensure pricing discipline and compliance with company SOPs.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize project site promotions, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Arrange showroom visits for builders, architects, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor project progress.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and submit regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in project sales/business development within building materials.
• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in bathroom fittings/sanitary ware.
